Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare your bouquet, share its photos via WhatsApp before delivery, and deliver it within the time slot you selected.

Deliveries take place between 10:00 and 19:00. When ordering, you can choose one of the following time slots: 10:00–14:00 or 14:00–19:00. Short-term changes may occur due to operational conditions such as traffic, weather, or high demand; in case of a significant deviation, we will always keep you informed.

Yes. We deliver same day across Istanbul. Orders placed by 18:00 are usually dispatched the same day; for later orders, an alternative time slot may be suggested depending on availability and routes.

As these are natural products, slight differences in color tone, bloom size, and texture may occur. We preserve the design language of the photo and use equivalent or higher-grade stems. Vase and wrapping may vary depending on stock; for any meaningful change, we will ask for your approval.

Depending on the flower type and care, they stay fresh for 5–10 days. A cool environment, regular water changes, and flower food can extend this period. Some natural drooping may occur in the first days.

After delivery, trim the stems at an angle and place them in clean water with flower food. Keep them away from direct sunlight and fruits/vegetables, and change the water every 2–3 days.
