Flower Delivery in Istanbul: A District-by-District Guide
Which Istanbul districts get free flower delivery, where fees apply, and how same-day timing works — a practical guide covering all 35 delivery districts.
Istanbul is enormous — two continents, dozens of districts, and traffic that locals plan their lives around. Here is exactly how flower delivery works across the city with Hilola Flower: who gets free delivery, where fees apply, and how same-day timing works everywhere.
The headline facts
- Hilola Flower delivers to 35 districts of Istanbul, on both the European and Asian sides.
- Same-day delivery is available in every district for orders placed before 17:00.
- Delivery is free in 27 of the 35 districts.
- In the 8 outer districts, fees range from ₺150 to ₺400 — and are waived on orders over ₺7,500.
- Two delivery windows: 10:00–14:00 (order by 11:00) and 14:00–19:00 (order by 17:00).
European side: free delivery zone
The central and near-central European districts all have free delivery: Beşiktaş, Şişli, Beyoğlu, Sarıyer, Kağıthane, Fatih, Zeytinburnu, Bayrampaşa, Eyüp, Gaziosmanpaşa, Sultangazi, Esenler, Güngören, Bahçelievler, Bakırköy, Bağcılar, Başakşehir, Küçükçekmece and Avcılar.
This zone covers most expat and business addresses on the European side — from offices in Levent and Maslak (Beşiktaş/Sarıyer/Şişli districts) to the historic peninsula in Fatih and the seafront in Bakırköy.
Asian side: free delivery zone
On the Anatolian side, delivery is free in: Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Ümraniye, Maltepe, Beykoz, Çekmeköy and Sancaktepe.
Kadıköy — including Moda, Fenerbahçe and Bağdat Avenue neighborhoods within the district — is one of the busiest flower delivery areas in the city, alongside Üsküdar and the business towers of Ataşehir.
Outer districts: small fee, same same-day service
| District | Delivery fee |
|---|---|
| Beylikdüzü | ₺150 |
| Esenyurt | ₺150 |
| Arnavutköy | ₺200 |
| Kartal | ₺200 |
| Sultanbeyli | ₺200 |
| Büyükçekmece | ₺300 |
| Pendik | ₺300 |
| Tuzla | ₺400 |
Every one of these districts still gets same-day delivery with the same 17:00 cutoff. And on any order over ₺7,500 — for example 21 Red Freedom Roses at ₺7,350 plus any small add-on, or the 31-rose Royal Rouge at ₺10,850 — the fee disappears entirely.
How timing works, regardless of district
- Order before 11:00 → choose the 10:00–14:00 window.
- Order before 17:00 → choose the 14:00–19:00 window.
- Order after 17:00 → next-day delivery in the window you pick.
The courier calls the recipient to coordinate handover, and you receive a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves the atelier — useful when you are sending across the city, or across the world.
Practical tips for Istanbul deliveries
- Always provide a local phone number. In apartment buildings (most of Istanbul), the courier calls from the door.
- Office deliveries: use the 10:00–14:00 window and include the company name and floor.
- Sending from abroad? Istanbul is UTC+3 year-round — convert the 17:00 cutoff to your time zone.
Wherever they are in Istanbul — Moda or Maslak, Bakırköy or Beykoz — pick a bouquet and it can be in their hands today.
